Home schooling has been effectively outlawed in California. There can be no further proof that liberal gov't exists to serve itself and the teachers unions and cares not at all about educating children.

The has long since past that we as a society should have told teachers that professed good intentions are of no value.When it comes to educating our children results are what matter.
