So now that we are in Obozo's 2nd reign of terror, we will see that it will be time to cave into Ivan's demands and completly dismantle our missle defense along with our nukes. Missle defense is the biggest thing that Ivan fears along with the rest of the ones who depend on Russia and China for their weapons. Missle defense has grown and in some phases works very well. We need to continue to fund it and improve it.
