20 Ways America Has Begun to Reap What It Has Sown

The biggest problem in this country anymore is the lack of fear of GOD. This country will continue to go down hill until we repent and turn back to the GOD of the Bible. You see things happening all around you. We want GOD to bless America, but then we kick him out of our every day lives.

This is what I said in my previous post. This is absolutely THE biggest problem, as you point out. I whole-heartedly agree!

Amen, that is what nearly every problem on the list comes back to. No common moral compass, everything is relative, results in chaos. So it should be no surprise that we have a mess and no leadership, just pandering politicians as far as the eye can see.

We have arrived at that point of which the Bible speaks; "every man did what was right in his own eyes." The moral relativism that is preached today has lead to this ultimate anarchy. Instead of millions being lead by a set of noble societal mores, we have millions lead by their own personal set of "values." Right or wrong behavior is not judged on the basis of it being right or wrong, but by who is doing it. Wrong behavior is plain wrong behavior, but the preaching of situational ethics alongside the victimization mantra have given so many the ammunition they require for scurrilous behavior. The 'if it feels good, do it" siren song of hedonism is powerful and society has acquiesced and feels entitled, if not encouraged to to do everything necessary to gratify the desires of number one. When just rules and laws are discarded and immorality is rewarded, then we do truly reap what we have sown. God is not mocked without consequences.
1) Our Congress passes bills that run into the thousands of pages; then we're surprised that the bills are full of loopholes, set asides for lobbyists and toxic clauses no one seemed to know about.

2) We've replaced telling the difference between right and wrong with legalisms; then we're surprised that people are always looking for loopholes and technicalities to get out of fulfilling their obligations.

3) Feminists denigrate men, tell them to behave more like women and are offended by chivalry; then they're surprised to find that our society has been inundated by passive, wimpy beta males.
