How many Climatologist Deniers were 'burned at the stake' becuase they did not buy into the religion? How many lost jobs; how many, could not get grants? All due to the Global Warming supporters, who probably consist of Liberals-in most cases, and since there is a 13-1 ratio of Liberal professors to conservatives on college campuses, how many of them were also, denied tenure, denied raises, all due to Liberal biases, of people that have no problem with Bill Ayers, and Beradine Dorn being proven urban terrorists. One of the things that our voting public needs to fix is publicly funded colleges, should by law be required to have an even complement of both political philosophies being held by the faculty, or they do not get public money.

Public education should, by law, be required to be just as non-political as liberals currently insist it must be non-religious.

That means a teacher or professor is allowed to be an extreme liberal (or conservative), but is not allowed to teach it. It means liberalism can be taught as a political philosophy, but then equal time, credibility, passion, and RESPECT must be given to teaching conservatism.

Instead we get the same liberal hypocrisy in teaching politics that we get with religion. Remember how NC State REQUIRED all incoming freshmen to read the Koran after 9/11. What would NC State have said about a suggestion that those same freshmen also be required to read the Bible?

There is no way to get politics out of it other than to get the public's money out of it. Pay for your own schools, period. Wishing for a bigger, badder, more honest cop to run it is a fool's errand. Futher, you are hopelessly mired in the false dichotomy of "liberal" and "conservative" as if those things describe the range of beliefs. The modern establishment of the political left and right are BOTH big-government tramplers of individual liberty and property rights. Your idea, no matter how well intentioned, is the public education equivalent of the Fairness Doctrine.

You are undoubtedly correct to a great extent. Maybe completely.

Thanks, and my apologies, on reflection, I was curt to the point of rudeness in my haste to comment before..

Climate experts from United Kingdom’s National Weather Service told the world that while is was not unusual for pauses in global warming that last for a decade to occur once every eighty years or so, there was no way that one could last for 15 years or more according to their climate model.

Oops. Their mistake, I guess.

Maybe that’s why when the United Kingdom’s National Weather Service updated their data and it showed that global warming has been paused for the last 16 years, they remained mum.

“The world stopped getting warmer almost 16 years ago, according to new...
