That Conversation With the In-Laws

James2229 Wrote: Dec 27, 2012 12:52 PM
Sounds like Aunt Susan and Uncle Bob may live in Austin TX, although on second thought, people that live in Austin TX don't seem to know that Obama is in the process of killing their economy, along with the rest of the country. Austin is booming, just like most of TX, but Austin is Liberal-unlike the rest of Texas-imagine that. Lake Charles, LA is building some LNG plants in order to ship our bounty of natural gas to the overseas markets, which means that they will be hiring up to 5,000 in the next 2 years thanks to fracking, and maybe thanks to Obama realizing that this will be good for our economy. If you can't get one of these jobs, there is always, North Dakota, or Alberta,Canada. Nothing like the energy sector to keep us going.
Who would have thought that after Ross Perot paved the way for Clinton to get elected, a new batch of young conservative voters would vote for someone other than Romney, making Obama a shoe-in. We always hope that our children will listen to us and vote accordingly, but Obama proved that wrong. Maybe they will survive to be able to have another opportunity to change their vote after Obama does his worst to our homeland and future freedom. God help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, people who pay income tax should be the only ones allowed to vote and have to show a picture ID along with proof that they paid taxes the previous year, in order to be allowed to vote. What an idea. There would never be anymore idiots getting elected like the one in the White House, now.

Imagine a tax code that got smaller the more money a person made. What a concept! Then everyone would be motivated to seek better paying jobs and start up businesses to make even more money. This way, when you are just starting out you pay the highest percentage, and as you get more money, the percentage gets lower. Now you are motivated to please the boss or the clients so that they will give you raises, or more jobs, improving your income picture, while cutting your obligations to the government. Wow!!!!!!!

Newtown, and a New America

Such crimes DID happen over 50 years ago! A school board member bombed 3 schools killing 45 children and himself. The interesting thing is that he did not use an assault weapon and bombs were not outlawed for it, since our forefathers and mothers realized that such acts were caused by a deranged individual, not because he had bought a bunch of bombs, that were readily availble for everyone to buy at a bunch of bomb shows around the country.
There are all sorts of issues with our Christian faith as it has grown these last couple of thousand years. Taking pagan practices and worship practices and absorbing them-adopting them to help include and incorporate those believers into the church, is what has been done. The whole value of Christianity is in the moral guidance that we should love our neighbors as we love ourselves, and render unto Caeser what is his. So I guess that means that Caeser is soon to be named Barack. And the rendering is going to get bountiful thanks to his plans. Oh boy. Life in America is getting interesting. Happy New Year!!!!!!!

Newtown Gives us Much to Consider

On the way to work this morning I saw a billboard asking how do we geek this? I told my wife that when I was in college in the '70s I heard the words, 'geek' and 'nerd' when used by my fraternity brothers to describe guys that they did not want to admit into our fraternity. At the time, I was a returning Vietnam vet who had never heard either of those words, before. They did not sound very good though, so I knew that they were not worthy to become my brother. Now, they are like the 'greasers' of my childhood-popular. Who knows how many of them, might have been killing masses of us 'good' people nowadays? So, due to this attitude we should outlaw guns? How many will be then using bombs to kill children, and other unknown loved ones?

Memo to the Speaker and the GOP Caucus

Hey, Clinton was the best thing that happened to our country and Monica Lewinsky. Both she and you can keep on worshipping him on your knees, since he is the most respected politician in America. Now we have the best golfing/basketball playing, bower and scrapper in the White House, ever. What more do you want? Oh yeah, more of the same for the rest of our lives. And you will have it as long as our kids keep playing with their phones, and don't look up to see that they no longer can afford to own one, or make any money after college.

Hey the simlist solution is to follow the lead of the Nazis. They already showed their brothers in the Obama adminstration how to do it, the most effectively. Its called Quantiative Easing. They could really turn on their support for all time by repealing the income tax and all the other taxes and just increase the money supply, and make everything cost us more money-across the board. This way everybody pays the same 'tax' and then they can spend all the money they want, dumping dollars into their cronies coffers while , destroying our economy at the same time-which is the goal.

We Know How to Stop School Shootings

Open carry will stop even more since the killers can easily see who will be trying to stop them, rather than wondering how many are carrying it concealed from his view. Who would have thought that the most socialist state in the union would have the most progressive open carry law? Note the proper use of the word 'progressive", since in this case it means, wise and straight forward for our guaranteed freedom, rather than the normal Nazi-like meaning of today.
