Certainly. His plan is to reform the tax code by reducing or eliminating tax deductions. The savings realized will allow a cut on marginal rates across the board subject to the following restrictions: middle class taxes will not increase and overall tax revenue must not be reduced. Also, he has addressed the need for entitlement reform and spending cuts. This is a much more detailed framework than old Joe spouting off about letting the Bush tax cuts expire, which is only a drop in the bucket, and ignoring the growing debt. Please tell me you some facts to marshal for your arguments.
