The 14th Amendment states: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. So if they exclude Indians not taxed sould we also exclude Illegal imigrants not taxed? Just wondering if this means the reason they exclude certain Indians because they are not taxed or does it mean something else.

The Article was not about the PSA during the Superbowl as much as it was about the amount of money the government is spendg on the census. This should help you sleep at night:
The budget for the 2010 Census is $15 Billion.
The budget for NASA in 2010 is just under $19 Billion.
It doesn't make sense to spend almost as much money on a head count as the Space Program especially when the last Census only cost $5 Billion

Send out letters informing the people about the Census and warning them about scammers who come out this time every Census year to get people's personal information. I am not talking about letters of propaganda telling us the "Horrible stuff" that will happen if we don't answer the census. I have heard radio ads telling people to fill out the Census so our communities get their "Fair Share" of Government funding (Actual Radio Ad). The actual intent was so that we can adjust the number of people in the House of Representatives so the PEOPLE have adequate representation in our nation's capitol.
