If the government provides funding for school lunches, shouldn't they have standards as to what is served? And how is the government in our bedrooms? The only thing I can think of are the miscegenation, sodomy, etc laws passed by Republicans.

It's a half hour later and Jake STILL cannot find where in the Constitution its says the feds may fund school lunches.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

(Hint: there IS no place in the Constitution where it says the feds may do this)

You have to show where it appears in the Constitution if you want to claim that the feds have the authority to do something like this. And Guess what? It doesn't appear in the Constitution anywhere ( except in the 10th Amendment). And the 10th says that such a matter belongs to the state governments.

No law or act can over ride the Constitution. This is junior high school history.

How is providing funding to a state's schools unconstitutional?

8 minutes later is Jake struggling about how to spin what he reads about how the Constitution works into lies to fit into his unconstitutional beliefs?

Jake is busy googling "What is the Constitution"

That school lunch act is unconstitutional. You would have to amend the Constitution to say that the federal government has the authority to provide lunches to school children BEFORE you could provide them.

I realize that Americans are completely ignorant about how the Constitution works. This is because there is public education in the first place.

The "feds" are authorized to fund school lunches via the National School Lunch Act, enacted in 1946 under Truman. Schools are not required to participate or take the money, which would allow them to not follow the guidelines.

The feds are not authorized to fund school lunches. It is none of their business. It was Democrats who opposes the sodomy laws on the claim that they violated privacy. It was a phony claim because now they want to regulate what goes on between me and my doctor.

It was never about privacy for them. They lied. As usual.
In Wisconsin, high school athletes are complaining about not getting enough to eat each day, due to the skimpy new school lunch menu mandated by the United States Department of Agriculture and First Lady Michelle Obama.

The story we published earlier this week on that subject is unfortunately not unique. Students across the country are complaining about the new school lunch regulations.

Perhaps the real motive is to starve students into slimming down. Just ask students in Pierre, South Dakota who, too, are in an all-out revolt.
