He was a Chicago beat cop in the city. Before he wrote a ticket on the car at the expired meter he would step inside the business and ask if the car belonged to anyone. The business was lucrative and “everybody” paid off!! The owners of the store paid who appreciated him not punishing their customers and the poor slob who was about to get the ticket paid and avoided the ticket. The best stories were when they would have a fire at a store, like a jewelry store and the firemen would run into the building with a piece of 4 in. hose and stuff it full of merchandise and run back out. Life is about character!! No not about being a character like Obama or Rahm Israel!!

You make a conscious decision of who you are and who you want to be!!!
The best concept of who we are in life was given to me by an old Italian, a millionaire, as he was a manager of a Home Depot and back in the day they were all millionaires from stock options.

He said when they strip off all your clothes all you have left is your word, your character, the trust that you are a man of who you say you are, A man who will honor what he says and will do it, No contracts, No lawyers, just your integrity!!!

And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?

He said life was good as a Chicago cop and he retired well and was able to buy the "NICE" motel and live happily ever after in Florida!! Shake downs have always been business as usual in Chicago from the top on down!!!

The thing is, you just gotta know the stories were the truth and if you read the long list of Chicago corruption by “resist we must” you can see things haven’t changed much in 50 years!!!

On Friday, Obama will travel to the Windy City to decry violence and crusade for more gun laws in the town with the strictest gun laws and bloodiest gun-related death tolls in America.

Does the White House really want to open up a national conversation about the state of Chicago? OK, let's talk.

Obama, his wife, his campaign strategists, his closest cronies and his biggest bundlers all hail from Chicago. Senior adviser and...
