Just out curiosity, has anybody elaborated then and now, about OBAMA's trip to Scandinavia inorder to obtain the seat for the Oympics in Chicago, which was finally adjudicated to another country but the USA ?? Well, I've read somewhere that some OBAMA's pals are Chicado slumlords.... Any connection with OBAMA's request and his pals properties ???? Somebody stood to make and bundle and it wasn't me....

Jacob, of course the slum lords would've made out like bandits. The ones who would have been most affected was Obama's base in Chicago, but he has never cared about them, just their votes.

That episode was one of the most embarrassing moments for a U.S. president. I had forgotten about that one. You see, there have been so many others.... One pushes out another. The shout out to start his speech at Ft. Hood after the terrorist attack, I mean "the workplace violence," is another one that flies under the radar.

V. Jerret was one who would have made a bundle if the Olim. had been given to Chicago.

Municipalities in California are considering a scheme whereby they seize home mortgages that are underwater through the process known as eminent domain, pay off investors at reduced rates, and allow new investors to refinance the underlying homes at current value.

“The eminent-domain gambit is being advocated by Steven Gluckstern,” reports the Wall Street Journal, “the chairman of Mortgage Resolution Partners, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm that has been the guiding force behind three California municipalities that are considering the approach.”

And like all schemes weird and wacky in this Occupy Anything country we have become, it’s the brainchild...
