Bad News Continues for GOP: Allen West Likely Out

Now for all you GOP voters, (of which I am one), can we now forget about abortion? Forget "same sex marriage"? Can we stop making the rest of the world feel like criminals just because they want to come here and participate in our robust economy? Oh wait... We have NO robust economy. Abortion is truly needed and should be considered a God-send in this country. (Just check out the typical WalMart shopper, shuffling down the aisles in their house shoes.) And who cares if two idiots of the same sex want to get married? How does that affect your daily life? Until we can get past these impediments, we're going to be disappointed in virtually every election. Remember: YOU CANNOT LEGISLATE MORALITY!

What in the world Jack?!!! That is the kind of moronic statement I expect to hear from a liberal not a GOP voter. Of course you can legislate morality! All legislation has a moral component to it. If you think our Creator is going to keep looking the other way while we murder babies and pervert the institution of marriage that He established then you will be in for a rude awakening! All reports I hear say Superstorm Sandy was worse than Katrina, but even that will look like an afternoon shower. Economies rise (if governments stay out of the private sector) and recede normally but a nation that habitually violates God’s Law will see destruction. Remember the Ten Commandments?

Floridians in the new 18th congressional district gave much of the conservative world a shock Tuesday when Rep. Allen West, a freshman congressman, ended up slightly behind Democrat Patrick Murphy in voting with 97 percent of the precincts reporting. While the full vote count may not be known until Wednesday/Thursday, according to a WPTV.com account, Business Insider felt confident enough to report Murphy as the projected winner based on NBC News numbers. These had Murphy up 159,959 to 157,578 with 99 percent of the precincts reporting.

One thing this contest certainly was not was boring. At one point, West...
