Leadership? Here's a guy that bashes the last 8 years at every turn, like a little kid blaming others. GW actually had to make some very difficult decisions. Obama's biggest decision is taking out a Pirate. He insulates by passing down the process to Harry and Nancy. Why would the republicans come to the table. Just say no. Take the TARP and the unspent stimulus money and pay down the debt. Then maybe, you earn our place at the negotiating table. Obama is a Pop Warner coach playing in the NFL. The system works for true leaders, just not wannabe's whose goal is to "fundamentally change the country."

Regarding the first Democratic cherished axiom that they see people as stupid is well deserved and comes from practice. Ramming through bad legislation and proposing worse legislation has now engaged more "stupid" people. Bet they didn't count on that. I think Obama did explain the health care bill enough. Thats why more "stupid" people stood up at the townhalls. Point is, their policies of spending, taxing, defense defy logic(even for the less engaged "stupid" person). Its like reporting the unemployment rate going down. I think most of us "stupid" people still know math and when you change the denominator for the formula, (and you still have a net loss of jobs, the numerator) but the rate goes down, something ain't right.
