Conservatism has some hope left for the future, but not much. Women are becoming more influential. The Hispanic vote is growing. The black vote is growing. The youth vote is resoundingly opposed to most conservative social policy. This election was, in a way, the last chance to put a conservative in power and have a chance to turn away the demographic train that is heading toward you. But you blew it.
The best chance for the survival of a thoughtful conservatism is counter-intuitive. If you have a brain left, you should all vote for Obama. You need to send a message to your extremists to come back to rational thought and the middle ground

Spoils work against the targeted group. At this time the Democrats hate Reason, Science, Faith, Family, Virtue, and Country, and they hand out Spoils to Designated Women, Mexicans, Racists, Bigots, Govt Employees, Union Leaders and Special Unions and Billionaires.
