Illegal aliens by Arizona and several other states is one example, another is the several states challenging Obamacare. Both are being heard in the Supreme Court at this point in time. Congress has only the powers delegated to it by Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. The 10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it (Article 1 Section 10} to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
John, Up here on the northwest left coast, the cleanest, most economical, hydroelectric power is also under attack. If anyone is interested in following the deconstruction project on the Elwha river. There is a reported 100 additional dams targeted for removal in the U.S.
