The trial of terrorist war criminals in New York is just one step of many to undermine what remains of the Bush presidency and the use of the military to deal with terrorism. This is the deliberate choice to expose the decision makers in the Bush administration and military to criminal trials in the US and to war crimes trials in the Hague. Congress can put an end to this idiocy by cutting all funds for civilian trials for terrorists in the US.

For the Government to create, "redistribute" wealth it must first confiscate that wealth from its citizens. Wealth, the fruit of our labor, is our private property. Please show me where in our U. S. Constitution this ability to confiscate our private property and give it to someone else is one of our government's enumerated powers. However, anyone who feels the need to help those less fortunate or less industrious can always volunteer to give or share their wealth with others.

Conservative "equality" can bring about trickle down wealth. Liberal "equality" assures us trickle up poverty.

This is a perfect storm for the all children of failing school districts. D.C. comes to mind. Now all that students need is an ADD diagnosis and the school district will have to send them to private schools. No need for "Opportunity Scholarships". No need for Presidential or union approval of the program.

I also see a business opportunity. We need to set up a medical practice: "ADD, INc. funded by Medicare/Medicaid. Think of the profits.

Dear President Calderon. Please send our President and Congress an English translation of your immigration law. By adopting your law we too can be as enlightened, welcomming and beneficient toward illegal immigrants as Mexico. Perhaps you can be an honorary co-sponsor when it is submitted to the House and Senate. I am sure you will be invited as a guest of honor at the White House signing ceremony.
