Obama doesn't care about 'illegals' except that he wants to give them the vote. He laughed when FandF was mentioned even though FandF guns killed over 300 Mexicans and were used in a massacre of 16 Mexican teens. Romney does care, so much so that his charitable giving eclipses any previous presidential candidate. Taxes and donations take almost 60 percent of his income .. 60 percent!! Obama not only holds greedily onto his money but spends billions of tax payer money on vacations and perks. No president has had as much fun on the tax payer's dime than 'President' Obama.

Not What the President Needed

By sheer dint of staying awake and paying attention to the debate, President Obama was bound to perform better than his last outing a couple of weeks ago. He certainly did enough to give his partisans a reason not totally to surrender to despair, or to keep his own numbers from crashing precipitously. But I suspect he hasn't reversed the rise in Romney's fortunes any more than his presidency has slowed the rise of the oceans.
