Conservatives need to start fighting the culture war .....That means coining words that can be used as political weapons..... We are decades behind the liberals in this.....They have invented political words that have the power to cause others to fall back in a confused jumble of defensive mumbling at their use....."Racist, sexist, homophobic" have immense power in our society....Which would be laughable if it weren't true.....Of course liberals are anti-American, but that word won't do....it doesn't quite hit home....We need a new word.....Something that means "reverse-xenophobe"....As a xenophobe despises foreign people and traditions a "Reverse-Xenophobe" despises the people and traditions of his own land...But what word?

Self-loathers. I can't think of a stronger indictment against a person. If you hate yourself, then there is no reason to continue to exist. You cannot hold any real values, and you will perpetually resent others out of envy and seek nothing but destruction.

Ever heard of Dahlia Lithwick? No? Don’t feel bad. I hadn’t either until I read her piece of … something or other … on Slate about the Supreme Court hearing this week on Obamacare.

A quick Google search turned up her Wikipedia entry, which tells me she’s a Canadian and contributing editor at Newsweek and senior editor at Slate. In other words, a committed leftist.

Lithwick writes:

This morning in America’s highest court, freedom seems to be less about the absence of constraint than about the absence of shared responsibility, community, or real concern for those who don’t want anything...
