I noted Pat Buchanan's comments on Israel for many years (at least 10). I still have to find one opinion of his in which he supported an Israeli action (any action!). Buchanan is virulently anti-Israel. What reason for this could be other than being an anti-Semite?

I respect you, and you wrote a good column. I agree with most of it. But why did you see a need to conclude it with politically correct "It is a given that the vast majority of American Muslims are loyal Americans"? How do you know? Before Nidal Malik Hasan shot dozens of Americans he also was one of the vast majority of American Muslims. Are you prepared not to lie?
