if it is to have any creditability, it WILL put this ridiculous notion to rest. To captiulate to those who seek special rights and acceptance an adverse and unhealthy sexual choice would turn the rule of law on it's head. An immoral act is not a cause for a civil right. No one could trust their judgement again.

The Supreme Court decided today it will hear two cases surrouding gay marriage with rulings coming down as Spring 2013. More from POLITICO:
