Honesty, have ANY of you or anyone you know ever been asked a by the major so called pollsters? Me either. This is poll is off base like they most often are. It's a fixed political standard and no one wants to send their daughter, wife or mommy to die in war. No wants to send their daughter, wife or mommy to be isolated with groups of men for extended periods of time. On the same token, no wife wants her husband in that situation with females either. If they say they do, they are lying. Young men will compromise their mission and the lives of fellow soldiers for a female soldier in danger. it's gonna happen, theres no way around it. Relationships will form and pregnancys will increase along with rape. A move to descimate the military.

And hwere we are broke and poorer than Joob's turkey, and we are spending untold millions to retrofit Navy subs to accomodate women crew members..new plumbing, more "privacy" bulkheads and compartments..then..how to deal with a soldier getting pregnant to escape the rigors of combat duty..There will be no end of the lawsuits, courts martial, cpatain's masts..because of the things that happen when men and women are close together under combat or restricted duty..

Last week as a last hoorah, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta lifted the ban on women serving combat even though women have been serving in combat for quite some time. Now, a new Rasmussen Report shows 59 percent of voters favor women serving in full combat positions.

Most voters think women in the military should be able to fight in combat just like men do. But they still believe overwhelmingly that women need to pass the same physical tests as men if they’re in special forces like the Green Berets and Navy SEALs.
