Let's ask some tough, hard to swallow questions to the Republicans here. Is TRICARE government run health care? Is this an example of socialism? Is the VA an example of government run health care, hence socialism? Please, let me explain. Now, I've heard that "socialism" is the "redistribution of wealth." True? Perhaps. It seems to me that TriCare and the Veteran's Administration are both socialist in nature. Can't we all agree that this redistribution of wealth may be described as a "redistribution of wealth from those who have not served our country, to those who have valiantly served our country?" Nevertheless, this seems to meet the definition of socialism....

Let's talk of America veering toward Socialism and Statism. I was watching the 'Fox Business Show' and Humana's (HUM) stock price was $63/share. Humana's stock price must have declined since ObamaCare? Humana is one of the largest health insurance companies in the U.S.A. I checked out its historical stock price using one of the financial web sites. Humana's (HUM) stock price in early March of 2009 was $18.77/share. How can a corporation's stock price increase, rather dramatically, if the government is taking over health care? Isn't a company's stock price an indication of what investors think future earnings of that company will be? Does this happen when governments careen toward Marxism?

Neil Cavuto interviewed the CEO of health insurance giant CIGNA on his show after the Democrats passed their health care bill. The Cigna CEO stated the price of Cigna's stock did not go down that day because the market had already priced in Obama's health care law. The price of Cigna (CI) when Obama was sworn in January, 2009 was $15/share. Today it trades around $37/share. Folks, that means Cigna's stock has risen about 140% since our foreign born Islamic leader has taken office. Why does a company's stock price increase quite substantially when creeping Marxism is taking place? Could someone please explain this?
