Corzine is not in prison because he's a Democratic party financier, and bundles great amounts of cash for them. Most attorneys are Democrats. Ergo, most of the staff of the SEC enforcement division is Democrats. And the SEC is part of the Executive Branch, and operates at the pleasure of the President. Do the math.
