No, the founders believed nothing like what you believe, Joseph. The founders believed that the national government had no right to remove liberty unless the citizen had violated a law and committed a crime. You believe that the state has every right to control a citizen's every decision (except, of course, his sexual choices, which are sacrosanct,) in order to prevent him from doing any harm. Those are polar opposites.

Posters are popping up in subway stations and bus stops giving statistics about teen pregnancy that show cute little kids saying things like, "Honestly, Mom ... chances are he won't stay with you. What happens to me?" and "I'm twice as likely not to graduate high school because you had me as a teen."
