Based on what? What has Obama done in the realm of foreign policy that has not been a complete disaster??? I know the press has exercising their Presidential kneepads for the last four years, but... really. This is unfathomable.

Obama basks in credit for nailing/killing some bad Islamics including Osama Had Been Hidin'...that is as much as most pay attention to foreign policy...everybody thinks all Islamics are nutballs anyway, so the current kerfuffles over in the region are not seen as Obama's failure due to the wimp/leading from behind policy.
