You do realize that the M16 is accurate out to 500 meters with open Iron sights and the M4 is accurate out to 300, so I don't know what your talking about by saying it's not good for long distance. Plus your telling lies by saying that it can be easy to modify to full auto because it not, not safely anyhow. To change that rifle to full auto one would need to replace hammer, sear, and safety selector, for a total of three parts. You can't go file a new catch in the sear and expect it to shoot safely or reliably.
