It really doesn't matter if he will do it or not....the Federal govt will come in and do it for him...it would be smarter for him to do it so at least he has some control on whats going on......

they will get set up no matter what...I guarantee that Obama will make Perry pay for not working with him......when was the last time Obama didn't get what he wanted??? Its smarter to work with someone like him then to fight him, because in the end he will win.....

The rest of the GOP is coming around, they are willing to work with Obama, the ones that do not work will probably be pushed out of the party...the leaders know what they have to do to win in 2016.....

How about the last few budgets he submitted? They didn't get a single vote of support in the (Democrat controlled) Senate.

Ken, the major things he gets, do you really think he cares about setting a budget, he can spend like a drunken sailor and no one can stop him.....the GOP has failed to stop Obamacare, they will fail in stopping tax increases, and they get blamed for things when everything gets messed up.......the best thing the GOP can do is realize the problem and work with it.......the last 4 years of not working with Obama only got us one thing, 4 more years of Obama, if they do not work with him now it will be 4 years of Clinton.....

Perry: Texas Will Not Be Setting Up ObamaCare Exchanges

The battle between the states and the feds on ObamaCare started years ago when the monstrous legislation passed however now that President Obama has won a second term with Democrats in charge of the Senate, ObamaCare will become a reality and is the law of the land. But, there's a catch. States have to set up ObamaCare exchanges for the legislation to be fully workable. Texas Governor Rick Perry made it clear yesterday his state would not be participating.
