Those evil Iranians were trying to get on the right track with their democratically elected government back in the 50s but another country instigated a coup d'etat and installed a dictatorship. That other country not only produces nuclear weapons (openly, not even in secret) but they've also used them. Twice! Pretty scary stuff indeed.
Yes! Count me in for defending a multi-trillion dollar industry that sells us its product at a globally defined market rate!
Genesis 1:26. Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth and over all the creatures that move along the ground." Revelation 11:18. The nations were angry and your wrath has come. The time has come for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great - and for destroying those who destroy the earth.
The chemical process in question has only been used since the late 1990s and is done under great secrecy. They won't even divulge the chemicals they use, so those making a study can't test for those chemicals in ground water contamination. I'll add that we've been polluting our country since the industrial age, but "we've been doing it forever" is no excuse for leaving your children with less a world.
Then feel free to drink a glass of the chemicals they use in the process.
'Fracking' is not slant drilling and has nothing to do with tapping multiple wells from one location. It was first tested by Halliburton in 1947. The currently used techniques were first implemented in the late 1990s. Induced hydraulic fracturing has nothing to do with the wells in Los Angeles.
No need to look elsewhere in government, you can also add that the DoD is responsible for the largest theft of taxpayer funds in U.S. history with the missing 6.6 billion dollars allocated for Iraq reconstruction.
