I don't understand why you've taken this approach. The only wat to deal with OIbamacare is to let it crash and burn under its own ambitious weight. Teh some reasonable approach to fine tuning the health insurance problems can occur, such as allowing people to but customized policies across state kines. But first the Pelosi/Obama effort must go down in flames. And loudly.
