Remove "I," from any self-reference, and you've got the totality of the Dem/Prog/Lib cabal members ideology. Collectivism can only succeed when individuality isn't just removed, but banished from any conscious thought. You see, "I," sets you apart, makes you aware of yourself and your actions and therefore causes you to consider before acting. It's so much easier and really quite appealing, to allow oneself to be subsumed into the collective. Once one does so, any sense of personal responsibility vanishes. Observe how well that works in the Dem/Prog/Lib cabal members world. Examples abound of elevation of irresponsible individuals to positions of near veneration: Bill Clinton, Hillery, Pelosi, Reed, virtually any/every Dem. politico.

Before elected officials assume their honored position of representing the people, they are required to swear an oath, and pen their signature to the written version.  The sacredness of this covenant is marked by ceremony and meaningful pomp.

Every four years, we witness the very public swearing-in of the President during the inauguration.  The Vice President also raises the right hand on the same day as the President.  Traditionally, the Vice President also administers the oath for incoming senators in his role as President of the Senate.
