Tuttle, I don't think His Greatness thinks of it as saving his presidency, but you are clearly on to something. I firmly believe he knows, for several reasons, that four more years of no budget will not set well with anyone. If he is intelligent enough to enlist Romney to help him understand the relationship between jobs, tax revinew and a growing economy, then use Romneys connections, (in the background of course), to begin meaningfull legislation he will be able to take credit for the results. He will, possibly, accomplish something worthy of the position he holds. If, on the other hand, he is intent on reducing this country he will have a mentors knowlege of what not to do.

The 2012 campaign may be over but that isn't stopping Mitt Romney and President Obama from continuing to spend time together. Tomorrow the two will have lunch at the White House, a place where Obama lives and where Romney had hoped to live. But why are they meeting? Obama announced he would meet with Romney shortly after the election to go over ideas about how to deal with the fiscal cliff. If I'm not mistaken, the entire campaign was about that but whatever, what's wrong with having lunch?
