They already have equal rights provided under the Constitution, just like any American. Marriage, by the way, is between a man and a woman. I expect that you have some confusion around that premise as well.

Marriage IS between a man and a woman as a contract to uphold support of probable children derived from the couple. Since a man cannot produce a child with another man, or woman with another woman... why the need for a marriage contract? There are NO rights being withheld from homosexuals, but they are trying to intimidate the public to accept their immoral behavior.
