In response to:

Mega Obama Donor Bill Maher: Yeah, Mormonism's a "Cult"

When I look at Maher, I cannot understand why he's on television. I've never been able to force myself to watch his show. My exposure has been limited to seeing clips of him and he's so completely un-attractive and gross that I have to either look away or close the screen. And yet he makes large amounts of money for being disgusting. Is there actually a woman out there who would find this man attractive? I wouldn't touch him with a 10' pole. He has absolutely no moral compass and his diatribes about anyone who has conservative values are similar to a deranged street person who's had their brain cells burned out on booze or drugs.

And I thought comedians were supposed to be funny.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:54 PM
For someone who's idea of funny is a racist joke about Obama's mother having sex with dogs, I don't think I'll choose you as a judge.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:55 PM
What's funny, though, is that I didn't see any moral outrage articles on Town Hall over that. Even when the joke was circulated by a conservative federal judge.
Petrus64 Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:57 PM
Yeah, but if the same joke was made about Bush, the Left would be laughing...

Oh wait, they did make such vile jokes and laughed back in the day.
shubi_ Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:58 PM
I don't think I ever heard the joke.
How does it go?
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 5:03 PM
There was never, ever a joke about Barbara Bush having sex with dogs and mothering George.

You are such a casual liar, you seem to be lac king intergrity on every level.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 5:04 PM
you can find it on the internet -- you know that place that exists besides Town Hall?
Becca in TX Wrote: May 21, 2012 5:10 PM
I don't care enough to spend the time to look.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:51 PM
Well, you are certainly fascinated enough to write all that.

Maybe IIona woke up? Good for her! This slimey pig, Maher, is a seed of the devil's loin! Maher will be just another has-been in a few years. Maybe we all can send him a box of Christian crosses? Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust!

I think Crazy Joe is the nom de plume of Ann Coulter.

And you're certainly fascinated with Townhall articles. You've been commenting on them for a while, now.

Looks like you are fairly well fantasized yourself, all the crap you scoop out of the Utopian sewer and slop in these pages. Good job, A-hole.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:58 PM
You think I'm really Ann Coulter? Why, because you think she covertly carries the same views as I do? Please explain, I'm waiting breathlessly.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 4:59 PM
Yes, I am to a point. But it's not the articles, it's the wide range of homophobia, paranoia, delusional thinking and unbelievable low information opinion that really fascinates me.

In the same way the bearded lady and lobster boy were fascinating when I went to the state fair as a kid.
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 5:00 PM
That's the best you can do?
birtherjoeA Wrote: May 21, 2012 5:02 PM
"The seed of the Devil's Loin"? ? ? Really?

By gum, that's as good as Mom's apple pie.

Praise Jesus.

Well Crazy Joe - there's an up side to this - as far as we know Maher has not reproduced. And just an FYI - I type about 105 words a minute so perhaps it's just easier for me to write more lengthy comments. ;-)

Maher's brand of bile is more overt than the preferred approach of his fellow media lefties, but subtlety was never Bill's modus operandi.  Via Twitter:

RT @billmaher: Why even listen to on foreign policy? His entire FP experience is 2 yrs trying to brow-beat Frenchmen into joining his cult

Quick reactions:

(1) Some liberals are already saying that because Maher is a militant, aggressive atheist, he views all religions as cults.  Has he called Barack Obama's Trinity United Church of Christ a "cult"?  I can't seem...
