It's ironic. The Democrats are fanatics about "passing laws" for this and that and the other thing - usually to (as O famously put it) "reward friends and punish enemies." But when it comes to OBEYING the law...well, see Menendez, Senator Robert. Oh, and Obama, Barack Hussein. He simply ignores the laws that are "inconvenient," exemplified by antics like his non-recess recess appointments, and of course this budget thing. He doesn't care. He doesn't HAVE to care because the MSM doesn't care. Their sole purpose is to carry his foul water. Are there penalties attached to his lawbreaking? Well...even if there were, who's going to enforce them?

Okay, House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) didn’t actually say that.
