Under the guise of tracing, the ATF already has a backdoor registration system through ATF's National Tracing Center and eTrace (internet tracing system), and have been repeatedly advocating enlarging the scope of the system. The 1986 Firearms Owners’ Protection Act specifically forbids registration of firearms records at 18 U.S.C. 926(a), yet ATF has been quietly accumulating millions of firearms registration records. ATF another union....if their rights were denied ......they would be screaming like babies............law enforcement apparently cares less about our gun rights just their own.........they are not here to protect us people

President Barack Obama just wrapped up the final press conference of his first term in which he was questioned multiple times about his plans for gun control, either through legislation or executive order.
