What re-segregation exists is in the universities and colleges, whereat the black students are allowed to live in single-race dorms, have single-race frats and sors, have black-only student organizations and in places where blacks choose to live near other blacks rather than integrating with whites. There are exceptions: Detroit, where whites moved out in response to losing city services because they didn't vote for black candidates, Neward and Trenton where they moved to avoid having to bury their children in middle school and other similar situations where the violence against whites by blacks - no, I cannot cite you to a news article as the MSM has been ignoring this for 30+ years - and the racism of black school boards required it.

Defending the educational status quo has become a lucrative business for Diane Ravitch. For one speech alone, she received an $8,869 honorarium from the Michigan Education Association, according to union financial documents.

String a few of those together each year and she’s well on her way to Randi Weingarten territory among the elite so-called “one percent.”

So as states continue to pass and implement sweeping educational reforms rooted in choice and competition, Ravitch has been traveling around the country defending teachers unions and government schools and collecting her loot.
