Cheating is a side effect of the popular philosophy that "there is no such thing as right and wrong," "if it feels good, do it," "all opinions are valid," and a dozen other cheap, stupid clichés expounded by the Sixties generation. (=Some= of the business world--but by no means all--fell into this way of thinking, and your generalization is way too broad to be accurate.) This trash is now part of mainstream culture and it is up to society as a whole to combat the further spread of it by demanding its exponents to defend these axioms. They won't be able to get past, "Uh... there's no such thing as truth" at which point show them how their statements are self-referentially incoherent and MUST be abandoned.
