I've got to disagree with you about Ben's performance. Morgan controlled the topic and got Shapiro to accept his definition of assault weapons and their use in crimes. Shapiro's only truly bright moment was when he nailed Morgan concerning tyranny and how his (Shapiro's) European ancestors were ashes because they refused to believe democracy could turn to tyranny. Morgan immediately abandoned that argument and Shapiro let Morgan get away with it. Shapiro came across as a reasonable person being slowed "convinced" to accept Morgan's position because Shapiro allowed Morgan to set the terms of the debate.

And now boys and girls, it's time for "Fun with Words!" Today's featured contestants are Vice President Joe Biden and a man whose television ratings are so bad it's a wonder he still has a job, Piers Morgan.
