If "the same logic" means the complete opposite logic, then I suppose you're right. I'll agree that you're right when patients are forced to use Catholic hospitals even if they prefer other hospitals and when church-going people are forced to contribute to the Catholic Church even though they follow a different denomination. Then you'll have a situation similar to unions, which many workers are forced to join against their will and which even non-member workers are forced to support against their will. So, yeah, the next time the Catholic Church strong-arms you into supporting them and into using their hospitals, let us know. We'll be as outraged over that as we are over union strong arm tactics.

The U.S. Supreme Court, in a hat tip to common sense, decided yesterday that nonunion members can opt out of union fees that are targeted towards political purposes.
“Labor unions must give nonmember workers ‘fresh notice’ of unplanned increases in fees or assessments -- money that might be used for political purposes -- the Supreme Court ruled Thursday,” according to CNN.
