When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
Apparently Soledad O'Brien's mind is easily boggled. Perhaps if she would shut her mouth for a second and open her ears she might be a little less boggled. I'm probably assuming too much, though.

Conservatives look at a gun and see a hammer. A tool to be used for it's intended purpose, be it self defense, hunting, target shooting, whatever. When a Liberal looks at a gun they see Frodo's Ring. A magical object with the power to twist the mind of whomever wields it. We call this Projection. "This is the way I feel about it, therefor it MUST be the way everyone feel about it."
"If an ex-wife tells the cops that perhaps you are not sane, then too bad for you." It's not bad enough she wants us to ask permission from the government to excercise our rights, but she would also leave it up to the whims of a disgruntled ex-spouse. Lets take that further. An ex husband tell the authorities his ex wife is mentally disabled. She is put on a gun restriction list. Does that not make her vulnerable to an armed ex-husband? But I guess we are all safer from her fictional illness. The idiocy of the liberal mind never ceases to amaze me.
