Oh that's right, the foreign country has LAWS that are followed regarding illegal immigration.... We should be doing the same damn thing... Get rid of sanctuary cities too.

Reduction of physician pay is already underway: via the use and implementation of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and others. ObamaCare has mandated the use of these people, equating them as individuals who are as well trained as physicians. As this policy progresses, one will see that there are fewer doctors and more of the Assistants and Practitioners. This is the whole premise of ObamaCare: reduction of costs.
