In watching the President's actions over the last week or so, I get the feeling he is desperately trying to find that old magic and like a superstitious pitcher he is repeating old patterns in an attempt to get it back.

Townhalls, Addresses to Congress, a Press Conference the next day complete with Marching Orders for his state controlled media (do not give any coverage to my detractors!) and now he is coming back to Minnesota looking for some love. I'm sure the Unions will be able to provide sufficient adoring fans for him but I don't believe he'll find the magic here, especially with Al Franken sharing the stage :)

That is exactly the problem 0bama and much of the left has, they act without the facts or they simply invent facts and claim consenus in order to push forward what they want to do.

The RNC would be wise to develop a complete campaign devised around that theme to help wake the public up. I contend that the poll numbers were influenced as much by his 'stupid cops' comment as by the detail of the healthcare bill.
