What About Bobby Jindal?

HR1320 Wrote: Oct 09, 2014 7:54 PM
I was concerned about his age, I am convinced that a person needs to be 60 to have the experience and savvy to run on the world stage. Jindal has assured me through his actions that he has the wear with all to handle foreign policy. It might be good to let Rick Perry have one term before we get too Jindal but something needs to grab the rudder and get us going again.
It is proven that Geothermal activity DOES cause them and Switzerland has passed legislation banning the practice. You can not substantiate your claims, give some of these folks so they can be verified. You can't and you most likely know it.
Not fine tuned, sensitive. We can now count minutia. Yes it does contain arsenic that will kill you. To reach that level though you'll need to drink 3 swimming pools a day for 50 years to get to that level. In this case how do you distinguish between a extremely minor seismic activity over gopher flatulence?
Hopefully he can get the young to actually learn something before parroting bumper sticker logic to everything. Yes intelligent discussions are seriously needed but a basic knowledge of this Country and its founding and principals need to be understood too otherwise we are just treading water. I find zero Jeffersonian or Madison logic in anything from Harry Reid/Pelosi/Boxer/Obama. In reality they mostly sound like some form of watered down Marx.

It is laid out on page 316 of William Z. Foster's 1932 tome "Toward a Soviet America." It is amazing how much in those 2 paragraphs have been accomplished. Now what are you all going to do to undo it?

LA Mayor Exemplifies America's Decline

That is the BIG problem today, nobody can stand up and say they were wrong. These are adult role models and are poor examples. We are in decline. On his show yesterday he talked about a woman who parked her car in the fast lane of a Freeway up in Canada so she could rescue some ducklings who evidently did not want saving. The result was a man and his 16 year old daughter were killed. His point was in her mind she put ducklings before people, human life is worth less. This all adds up.

Cal your are spot on, there are and have been serious threats the the Free World and ignoring like Clinton did gave us 9/11 GET USED TO IT! Singing Koom-by-ya has not panned out over the last 6 years and some would even say Bush let up on the world stage the last few years. Many are to this day unknowledgeable of just how aggressive the Soviets and Chinese and blame our counter moves, we seldom were the aggressor in the Cold War but only so many Americans are aware of that.
In Rick Schroeder's version of "the Lost Battalion" (HBO movie special) there is a scene where an American POW is interviewed by a German officer (this is WWI) wanting to know why the Battalion would not surrender, get the movie and watch the answer, if you do not well up you are not human.

Yea on the run but which way?
Nixon was far from stupid, read one of his books. He actually gives credit to his assistants and researchers and produced about 5 of them after a life "In the Arena" he actually had a record of accomplishment and became wealthy via earning it as opposed to becoming wealthy while in office like the Clinton's. He was an accomplished lawyer in private practice when he was not in office. I hate being the one to praise him but he was far from the worse and in his book "In the Arena" he explains why he did the Price and Wage Freeze that it was against his principals but what a Democratic Congress was going to force him to sign (they could over ride his veto) was a whole bunch worse. I come here not to praise him but historical truth which many do not wish to acknowledge and trust me we could use his Foreign Policy Expertise now and for the last 24 years, he understood how the world turned.
