Prager is playing a slight-of-hand trick with his argument against Paul. Paul was clearly wrong about his stats regarding the rate of black executions. Like a politician he cited this (incorrect) reference to sensationalize his main point, however, his main point largely remains (possibly) credible. Paul argues there's racism in the judicial system, mainly through the enforcement of the drug laws, and as we know people aren't executed for the use and sale of drugs. Prager conveniently leaves this important point aside to go after Paul's statistical error regarding execution. It would have been interesting if Prager explored the possibility of a racial imbalance in the prosecution and sentencing of drug crimes between blacks and other groups
Is it possible that the reason the Left is reluctant to identify evil is because they know themselves to be evil? Judging others at the risk of condemning yourself is a challenge.
