the article outlines how these DOJ policies limit freedoms of some groups... your post makes no logical sense. why not just be honest and post that you think it's ok to deny some people their freedoms while making special rights for only some?

right. if you ask yourself what the motivation is for doing things opposite to the things in the past that we all know work, you have to be looking for more big picture reasons for the insanity.

i'm an engineer and now and then we get some new people, with advanced degrees, in the group and invariably they are the one's most naturally dsconnected from our basic function as engineers: identify the problem, containment solution, permanent solution. they will create amazing spreadhseets and spend all of their time on tangential issues vaguely related to the problem and impressing management. in the meantime, other's solve the actual problem.

some of the remain ignorant... others understand it completely and believe it will actually work... the remainder are on board knwoing it will not work but are satisfied in seeing everyone suffer. ultimately, any segment of the leftist demographic is innately nihilistic and rotten.

good point. common sense- a human skill inseparable from reality- is now viewed as some sort of witchcraft practiced by unlearned simpletons. the "more equal than others" crowd arrogantly crows how they're going to apply their superior genius intellects- aka the opposite of whatever has been done in the past- and we idiot masses will gaze in amazement, slackjawed and drooling, at the utopian perfection that will rise-up like a miracle. at this point, of course, it's concentration-camp time for most of us...

my gut feeling is that the gop WOULD rather lose by snubbing the tea party... they would not want to win and be held to tea party standards, values, platform and agenda. why? because they are progressive-lite and if you're a progressive, a single molecule of tea party is your hated and revolting kryptonite. so, if my guess is that the GOProgressives will NEVER join forces with the tea party, then maybe the answer is for the tea party to coalesce, as a new third party, find a suitable tea party leader/candidate and then those in the gop who want to "evolve" on over from the eternally-doomed gop, can do so cleanly and without a mixed ideology...

or do both, as he is in our case. and rubio plays along to enamor himself for personal political gain. effing jackäss.
