When my uncle was a cop in a very mean city in the California Bay Area, he told us how their 9 mm semi-automatic pistols and shotguns were under powered against the criminals with AK's, RPG's, and a variety of other weapons law enforcement could not have. They were finally able to get some legal permission to carry AR-type weapons...some brought weapons that were impressive in spite of the legality prior to this, just to prevent loss of life for the cops.

Who isn't sickened by the moral decay and heinous acts of violence across our country? My heart and prayers continue to go out to victims everywhere.
