Educate me please...what "feasts" does God want us to celebrate?

Just type in Jewish feast or find a jewish hebrew calendar and google Holy day feasts. That should take you in the right direction. It is not bilical to celebrate his birth, ressurection, or his victory over death. Only his yearly Feasts. God is particular about that.

hot...I am quite advanced when it comes to understanding biblical mysteries...However there are millions upons millions of bible mysteries that I do not understand. With that said the birthdate of Jesus occurred on the 14th day of the 7th month of tishrei. Hebrew calendar. This is the day before the Feast of Tabernacles. This also is why they could not find any lodging because everyone from all around filled up all the hotels & motel rooms. Also he was born on a Wednesday at noon with an eclipse of the full moon occurring on the opposite side of the earth during his birth hence the verse God divides the light form the darkness. A full moon always occurs the day before tabernacles begins. Do not celebrate his birth as even that is pagan.

Thank you for your kind reply. I celebrate the birth of Jesus and his ressurection and victory over death. These may of originated with pagan holidays that were hjiacked by the early christians but I do not worship pagan gods or even know their names.
The feasts you celebrate....what are they?...what dates are they?
Thank you.

Rod it is sprinkled all throughout the bible however they are specific in Leviticus 23. The animal sacrifices ended when Jesus became our living sacrifice on the cross. Otherwise everything is the same. They are a wonderful time of the year and the best part is you know you are fulfilling his requirements. You can feel God's truth growing in you. Thanks for asking and God Bless. There are small churches which observe the feasts including the Messiannics...

Dear Comrade Cabin Boy,

Cue the semi-educated liberal who tries to denigrate Christianity by tying it to paganism without any context at all. As usual, your comments make you sound like you have some sort of a thought disorder. Of course you do, but since you’re an unmedicated liberal, it’s to be expected.
