4th Amendment, 5th, "I plead the 5th on the grounds it might incriminate me". Still, it's one of the 10 Amendments, The Bill of Rights, given us by the ones who started our country, and it would take a Constitutional Amendment to change it, voted on by us, all of its citizens who can vote.
