Just as they did with student loans..There are loans called guaranteed which means NO credit check..none, you apply and you receive..small wonder that with the gov't doing that with OUR money, the costs keep getting higher. No competition. My grandaughter is checking out colleges as we speak, so my son who is a busineman, is doing his homework, what he is discovering is appalling.
