Gosh, I don't know. Perhaps you could tell us the last time a Republican President presented a balanced budget to Congress. Bring back Bill Clinton, or Hillary, for surplus budgets.

Bill CLinton's "Surplus Budget" was THANKS to a REPUBLICAN CONGRESS in BOTH HOuses that forced a balanced budget on CLinton. Shrill Hillary had NOTHING, Zero, NADA to do with it.
