That's exactly what Romney did! (Then paid a whole 13% INCOME TAX--- hahaha while creating jobs {overseas;; but that doesn't matter]) Wreckless deregulation under the like of Richard Armey and the Reagan baggage of the 80's, set the stage for these bi-partisan abuses. And by golly if the GOP doesn't want to protect these wonderous mechanisms.

"That's exactly what Romney did!"

(1) No Dem is denouncing Bennet, they're just tossing out their (ridiculous) attempts at "tu quoque." This proves that their public disgust with the "fat cats" is nothing but partisan lies; they don't hate the predatory behavior of fat cats, they just hate Republicans, and use accusations (generally false) as an excuse for their hatred.

(2) Actually, no, that's not remotely like what Romney did. Romney actually made legitimate attempts to improve the operations of companies he took over, until it became apparent that they could not be saved. So "tu quoque," aside from being a rationalization, is not even correct.

Do yourself a favor and actually take a moment out of your day to find out what our tax system is all about and stop relying on "news" outlets such as Huff Post, media matters and MSNBC for info. By the looks of your statement you're actually good with this president's cavalier manner by which he wastes our money on such follies as Solyndra and the fact he not only wastes a great deal of our money on long shots but he also wastes money borrowed from China.

WRONG.

People like NYC Communist Mayor, Bloomberg, and this person, along with many other Communists in Congress, have so distorted the market, and then blame this on the Republicans in the House.

Communism 101.

So much wrong, so little space to correct you.

Do you deny that Hollywood Reagan arrived in office with "baggage?" Check the History of US budget deficits and surpluses. Than the History of the US National Debt caused by supply side econ- by Laffer (laugher to real economists).

Wow. Non sequitur ("baggage" followed by evidence supporting a performance eval, not baggage). Plus, you seem to be completely ignorant of both the relevant history and the procedure for financing the federal government. Congress controls the purse strings, remember? 7th grade civics.

I fail to detect in you any ability either to reason or to comprehend.

You ARErather stupid aren't you. Reagan SUCCESSFULLY ran the Screen ACtors Guild as its President for MANY years; He also took a bankrupt state of California and after eight years in office left it with OVER EIGHT BILLION DOLLARS in the bank; A sum which moonbeam brown promptly spent until california was once more bankrupt (Moonbeam is a typical liberal idiot).
The ONLY economists that "laugh" at Laffer are the idiot leftist ones that worship at the failed Keynsian theory ; you know, the idiots like Klugman.

A word to my friends in Washington: As you contemplate all the whiz-bang things that you’re going to do with your new-found tax dollars, please consider an important lesson found in biology.

If you want to successfully feed off the lives of others, don’t kill the host.

Obama may imagine that we don’t have a spending problem, but DC can only rake off so much before we implode.

Parasites that want to survive, adapt to this truth.

I was reminded of this as I looked through companies that might struggle in 2013.
